Anglesey February
Where: Anglesey Island in North West Wales. Staying at Anglesey outdoors in Holyhead, diving prominently the Menai Straits, shore diving around the island, Newry beach for scallop hunting and possibly some mainland lakes.
When: Leave campus morning of the 7th of February, return evening of the 9th.
Purpose: This is the fun trip for fun dives, so newer members can experience drift diving, shore diving and sea diving. There will be no teaching unless agreed with a specific instructor beforehand.
Cost: Estimated to be £80 for accom and fills, + transport and kit hire if applicable. Attendee Cars will be used for transport, fuel costs to be worked out by driver and passengers independently
Full club Kit will be available to hire and bring at the usual rates found here.

Lakes February
Lake district national park, likely staying near Windermere. Diving Capernwray dive centre, Coniston Water and Hodge Close
Leave campus 13th of Feb in the evening, return 16th Feb in the evening.
Term 2 Sports Diver trainees ONLY.
Training trip to teach open water sports diver lessons.
Included in Sports Diver cost, £350
Instructor, trainee and exec cars. Fuel costs included in course cost.
Full club Kit included in course cost.

Malta March
Going to Malta in the Mediterranean, South of Italy. 10 dives to reefs and wrecks (metal 😍).
Flying out on the 15th March, returning on the 24th March.
Open to any qualified diver Ocean Diver or above.
This is the fun trip for fun dives, and socialising. It’s all about experiencing clearer waters and unusual life, as well as it being a holiday! There will be no teaching unless agreed with an instructor in advance.
Costs are £435 for SU members, £475 for non-members. Includes in-country airport transfer, lead and cylinder hire, accommodation, and 10 dives.
Transport from Campus -> Airport and back again is to be sorted out by attendees individually and is not included in the cost. Flights are also to be booked individually and are not included in the cost. Taking the same flight as others and sharing airport rides can be sorted out by attendees, but will not be sorted by exec.
Full kit (except drysuit) is available to hire from the dive shop at a max of €50 for the week. Club drysuits may be rented and brought with for £20-30. No other club kit is avaliable to be taken on this trip.
